Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have passed from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.

When mailing your items back, please include a note with your name and order number, as well as what action you want us to take.
Please return the item in the same condition that it was packaged and sent.
Original tags must be attached.
Once we receive your return, your item(s) will be inspected to make sure everything is still correctly in place. If everything is in order, we will then issue you your refund.
When your refund has been approved it may take 3-7 business days for it to process.
